Walk through the fields with people who know them intimately and discover the choices that make farming on an island possible: climate, care for biodiversity and organic methods. A visit designed for questions and closer observation.
Activities follow the farming year: the vegetable garden in spring, grapes during harvest and olives in autumn. The programme is confirmed with the farm according to the season and the work available.
The visit may continue in the kitchen, where the harvest meets traditional recipes and techniques.
