Included services depend on the accommodation and rate selected. The team always confirms amenities, availability and conditions before arrival.
Is the Sweet Dreams service complimentary?
Yes. Personalised bed preparation is complimentary in the Executive, Executive Plus and Deluxe Villas. Before arrival, you will receive an email with the available options.
Does Elbitat welcome dogs?
Yes. The stated rate is €10 per day for dogs up to 10 kg and €15 per day for dogs over 10 kg, subject to confirmation of suitable accommodation.
How can I request a service?
You can message the concierge on WhatsApp or contact Elbitat before arrival. For experiences provided by external operators, availability and conditions are always reconfirmed.
